Qualifying the leads over calls before distributing it to concerned branch and
business .
Generating leads through database provided.
Taking phone calls and understanding customer requirement and briefing the
customer about Arya Omnitalk, benefits of the products/services.
Using scripts to contact both existing and prospective customers
Keeping track of calls, sales, and other useful information.
Investigating customer input and assessing customer happiness.
Prospecting prior customers for potential sales.
Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
Participating in regular team meetings to define progress and performance criteria.
Maintaining operations by adhering to policies, methodologies, and functional
changes.
