Role Overview:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Executive will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for key positions at Smart Ship Hub. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong headhunting expertise, and a proven ability to build and leverage professional networks. You will use innovative recruitment methods to close vacancies efficiently while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Total Relevant Experience: 8-10 yrs

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.

• Source and engage high-calibre candidates through headhunting, networking, and other innovative recruitment techniques including social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to fill vacancies efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong networks with professionals across relevant industries.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Use data-driven approaches to track, analyse, and improve recruitment outcomes.
• Stay updated with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter or similar role, preferably in the technology or maritime industries.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in headhunting and innovative recruitment practices.
• Strong professional network and the ability to leverage it effectively.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
