5 Plus years of relevant experience in accounting of vendor & customer Invoice, payments, collection & reconciliations. Strong in accounting knowledge, Vendor Invoice Process, Revenue & billing, Project management, Inventory management.
Job description:
1. Knowledge of accounting & taxes
2. Vendor Invoice verification.
3. Invoice processing, preferably Quickbook,Tally/Oracle.
4. Payment processing.
5. Vendor reconciliation.
6. Project payments tracking and reporting.
7. Inventory Managment.
8. Revenue & billing tracking.
9. Salary process and payments.
10. Cash flow & Project cost tracking.
11. PL & Balancesheet preparation.
12. GL & variance analysis.
13. Knowledge of TDS, GST & SEZ (Input Credit, RCM applicability, etc.)
14. Month-end provisioning & closing of books of accounts.
Soft Skills :
1. Ability to work in fast paced environment.
2. Crisis management & problem solving.
3. Effective English communication (Oral & writing).
Qualification :
1. MBA or advanced degree in business, finance or management required.
2. Bachelors degree in accounting, business, finance, or management required.
