Associate Manager Presales

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Presales with a solid background in delivery, consulting, and pre-sales. This position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in IT Services and an ability to provide high-level solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Lead solution design with an emphasis on delivery models and engagement types, including AMS, IMS, BPO, transformation programs, and application rationalization programs.
• Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders, including CXOs, to drive discussions on solutions and strategic needs.
• IT Services Expertise: Bring a deep understanding of IT service domains, with specific experience in either Banking, Manufacturing, or Insurance.
• Commercials: Develop and analyze various commercial models tailored to customer proposals, demonstrating a thorough understanding of market dynamics and customer objectives.
• Collaboration & Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills as a confident speaker and team player, readily contributing to cross-functional projects.

Experience:

• 3 - 6 years in IT services, with at least 3- 4 years in pre-sales.
• Significant experience in a reputed MNC/IT Service organization.

• Technical & Domain Skills:
• Proven experience in high-level solutioning, with a deeper specialization in one of the following: AMS, IMS, BPO, or transformation programs.
• Domain expertise in Banking, Manufacturing, or Insurance.

• Commercial Acumen: Knowledge of commercial models in IT services, ability to develop proposals, and analyze pricing strategies.

• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present confidently.
• A team player who is quick to network, adaptable to challenges, and willing to take a hands-on approach.
