Job Title Deputy/Associate Manager, Internal Audit

We are looking for a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. The ideal candidate has to possess below skills:

Responsibilities:

• Developing Annual Audit Plans based on the risk assessment
• Prepare and Review RCMS, Process notes, Flowcharts
• Review and perform IFC testing, Process audits, Business audits and other audits as designed by IA Plan
• Basic knowledge in Internal technology general control (ITGC) testing
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and documentation of the process.
• Ability to handle external auditors and extend audit support through coordination from internal teams
• Ability to work with management on key implementations of new process, Spear head any implementation changes to the process
• Ability to handle the team and review work performed by the team
• Perform other related assignments as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Experience: CA Qualified with Proven working experience of 4 plus years as an Internal Auditor
• Skills: Proficiency in MS excel and MS PowerPoint and familiarity with Oracle will be an added
  advantage
