Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand our customer base.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow business within new and existing markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring a seamless handoff to operations and delivery teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and other performance metrics.
- Provide feedback to senior management on client needs and market trends.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
