Role & responsibilities

To co-ordinate the Corporate activities regarding purchase

• Update Stock in Quadra
• To plan track and implement and ensure that the inventory of the right quantity of material availability
• Ensure availability of material in time without any delay in the execution of works.
• Maintaining the records for the materials sent to different departments.
• To submit MIS reports.
• To do Inventory Management & cost controlling
• To identify the indent contents
• Supervising of receipt and issuing of stores material
• To do bill verification
• Arranging labour for loading & unloading.
• Gate Pass Preparation
• Track the materials ordered.
• Site stock physical verification
• Should have clarity of the materials in stores
• Operational Reporting BM
• Functional Reporting –Corporate Purchase
