Store Keeper

We are recruiting store keeper with immediate effect who is having minimum of 5 years of computerized store handling and record keeping experience in construction of Building work projects only for our Project in Jaisalmer in Rajasthan State. Candidate Must have sound knowledge in store record keeping and documentation for receipt and issue of goods and material to contractor and any other person at site on computer (Excel on his own excel format) or any other tailor made software. Must be able to maintain records in english and should be computer proficient. He should have past experience of Record keeping on MS Excel

He shall be responsible for the following: -

1. Daily entry of material received at site / issued at site in DMTR register and on excel.

2. Maintaining ledger of contractors for material issued to them by posting from DMTR to ledger on excel.

3. Maintaining stock of each and every items purchased for site on excel.

4. Issuing debit notes to contractor for any shortage in deposit quantity.

5. maintaining record of stores on computer on MS Excel.

6. Timely raising of requisition for material to be purchased by maintaining the minimum quantity of stock and to ensure than not even a single material should be emptied in store as work should not be affected on account of shortage of material.

7. Diesel record keeping along with issue details.

7. Sound knowledge in identifying the items used in building work stores.

8. Managing and supervising the unloading of material received at site through labour and systematically stacking the same in proper manner in the store / material yard.

9. He should be capable of providing the requisite details as asked with him on real time basis.
