Billing Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Making Measurement Book Entry in Quadra.
• Bill Processing and Preparation of Bills in Quadra.
• Co-ordinating with Site and contractor for clarification in bills.
• Bill Verification and checking the variation in bill with the actual work done at site.
• Visiting the sites to correctly check the variation orders for the quantities which exceeds from work orders.
• Making the necessary editions in Quadra, the exceeded quantities in work order, after checking it by the concerned AMP.
• Sending the bill copy to every site and timely completion of bills for every week..
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractor, PRW for achieving production targets.
• Maintain proper records for billing, utilization of resources etc.
• Ensure compliance of quality, safety and environment standards as per ISO 9001:2015 and maintenance of site records as per ISO standards.
• Identify the areas for waste reduction and act on ways and measures to minimize the wastage.
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.

In addition to the above the employee will be responsible for performing other duties as and when assigned by the management from time to time.
