Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Operations Manager to oversee and manage our digital operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital management, including domain management, website maintenance, social media management, and digital marketing. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Domain & Website Management

- Ensure timely domain renewals and manage DNS settings through platforms like GoDaddy.

- Conduct regular website audits using tools like Google Analytics and GTMetrix to ensure optimal performance.

- Coordinate with the development team to resolve bugs and implement updates.

- Oversee weekly website backups and content updates (blogs, events, etc.).

2. Social Media Management

- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for social media platforms.

- Create engaging posts using tools like Canva/Photoshop and schedule them via Buffer/Hootsuite.

- Monitor and engage with followers, ensuring timely responses within 24 hours.

3. Digital Marketing & Ad Campaigns

- Manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including template design, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.

- Oversee digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, optimizing for CTR and CPC.

- Collaborate with the design team to develop ad creatives and report on campaign performance monthly.

4. Event Management & Ticketing

- Set up and manage event registrations and ticketing on platforms like Luma and Townscript.

- Coordinate with event managers to create event descriptions and ensure smooth event execution.

- Manage community-driven events on Nas.io, including post-event feedback collection and reporting.

5. Database & Tools Management

- Oversee the maintenance of old databases, ensuring GDPR compliance and regular backups.

- Manage new database setups using tools like Airtable, ensuring data accuracy and structured formats.

- Organize and maintain shared files on Google Drive, assigning appropriate access permissions.

- Utilize Airtable and Slack for project workflow management and team communication.

6. Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead and mentor a team of digital operations specialists, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are executed efficiently.

- Conduct weekly status meetings to review project progress and address any challenges.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure alignment on digital initiatives.
