Prime Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Manage content creation, scheduling, and engagement to increase brand awareness and student enrollments.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Experiment with viral content, influencer collaborations, and paid promotions.
Partnership & Outreach Campaigns:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with brands, influencers, and communities to expand AlmaBetter's reach.
- Execute co-branded marketing initiatives with hiring partners, universities, and ed-tech platforms.
- Develop outreach campaigns to promote AlmaBetter's offerings to potential students and corporate partners.
- Manage email, WhatsApp, and webinar campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into enrollments.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or partnership marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and content trends.
- Proven track record in running successful partnership campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, CRM, Analytics).
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions.
