Program management for the Digital Experience team Digital Adoption Program; comprised of multiple projects within each of three initiatives: 1 registering customer contracts 2) driving adoption by new customers and partner and 3) driving repeat usage and increased utilization by customers and partners.
Ensure program objectives, scope, measures and key success factors for projects within the three initiatives are clearly documented with timelines and milestones.
Work with internal teams to forecast and manage budgets including purchase order management
Drive and facilitate working sessions, checkpoints, and workshops with internal teams to impact process / automation changes and communication strategies that result in increased adoption and utilization.
With Strategy & Value team, manage cross-program initiative tracking and reporting including supporting resolution of roadblocks.
Support team with program reporting and executive-level slides summarizing progress, KPIs, and timelines for key initiatives.
Knowledge & Skills
10+ years in marketing program management roles or like roles/businesses; experience working within product marketing, GTM, sales, or product management organizations required.
Experience with marketing KPIs including customer acquisition and conversion, traffic, subscriptions, and engagement / utilization rates highly desired.
Customer experience obsessed with deep empathy for our audience of IT administrators and the channel partners who support them.
Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to interact with director-level staff.
Able to successfully operate within complex technical concepts and disciplines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and SmartSheet.
Ability to successfully manage projects affecting more than three organizations or enterprise-wide
