Foster strong relationships with customer stakeholders to understand their needs and align them with Microsoft 365 capabilities.
Drive the adoption and usage of Microsoft 365 services within the customer s organization.
Provide guidance on best practices, governance, and change management to ensure a successful Microsoft 365 deployment.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
Monitor customer health metrics and develop strategies to address any adoption or satisfaction issues.
Deliver regular reports and insights to customers and internal stakeholders on the progress of Microsoft 365 adoption and value realization.
Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and new features to act as an expert advisor to customers.
Develop and execute a Microsoft 365 adoption strategy and roadmap that aligns with the organization s vision, mission, and objectives.
Identify and prioritize the business scenarios and use cases that can benefit from Microsoft 365 solutions, such as collaboration, communication, productivity, security, and compliance.
Create and deliver engaging and effective training and awareness programs that educate and empower end users to adopt and use Microsoft 365 tools and features.
Establish and manage a network of champions and advocates who can support and promote the adoption of Microsoft 365 across the organization.
Track and analyze the adoption and usage metrics and trends, and report on the value and benefits of Microsoft 365 solutions.
Identify and resolve any issues or barriers that may hinder the adoption and usage of Microsoft 365.
Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices of Microsoft 365, and share insights and learnings with the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in business, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in a technology environment.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and their application in business scenarios.
Experience in managing and leading Microsoft 365 adoption projects or programs.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365 products and services, such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Planner, Yammer, Stream, and Power Platform.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor the message to different audiences and levels.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and end users.
Proven ability to drive change and influence behavior across the organization.
Certification in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator, or Microsoft 365 Teamwork Administrator is preferred.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
