MSD - Senior Integration Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP)

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP System Integration:
   • Lead integration efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP with external systems, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and security.
   • Design, develop, and manage integration workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Power Apps.
   • Oversee data transformations, migrations, and synchronizations between Business Central and third-party systems.
2. Third-Party Integration Management:
   • Integrate and support third-party applications (such as 3PL logistics, banking services, and AP automation solutions) into the ERP system.
   • Ensure seamless data flows and process automation across platforms to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
   • Serve as the primary technical contact for external vendors, managing integration requirements, specifications, and ongoing updates.
3. Azure Integration and Support:
   • Build and manage integration solutions in Azure, leveraging best practices for Logic Apps, Data Factory, and Power Apps.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure-based integrations, including API management, data latency, and security.
   • Optimize existing integrations for performance and scalability as business needs evolve.
4. Collaboration and Project Management:
   • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and ERP consultants to gather and understand integration requirements.
   • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
   • Manage integration projects, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to scope and quality standards.
5. System Monitoring and Maintenance:
   • Develop and implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address integration issues or data discrepancies.
   • Maintain and enhance data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
   • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation to maintain stability and reliability across the ERP environment.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for process improvements in ERP integrations and suggest solutions to optimize workflows.
   • Stay updated with the latest in Azure Integration and Business Central updates, leveraging new features and technologies to improve the integration architecture.
