Providing Guidance to L2 Team for day-to-day Issues Driving medium/Major Projects Ensure team to adhere the quality & SLA while working on Tickets. Providing the Network Uptime Reports to client Recommendations/Suggestions to maintain Optimum Network Uptime Mandatory skills:

1. Experience on Cisco 9800 series controller platform

2. Working experience on VPC, VDC, Fex

3. Working experience on Catalyst 9000, 6500,4500,3850 etc. Switches

4. Working experience in WLAN technologies like flex connect, guest wireless authentications etc.

5. Strong knowledge of routing and switching concepts.

6. Excellent troubleshooting skills
