Job Title: Area Manager - Sales (Construction Finance)

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore

CTC: 25 LPA

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Retail Construction Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture relationships with developers, real estate firms, and construction companies.

- Actively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the construction finance segment.

Loan Structuring & Credit Assessment:

- Understand client needs and perform comprehensive credit assessments for large and mid-scale construction projects.

- Design and structure tailored financial solutions in alignment with business goals.

Sales Target Achievement:

- Drive lead generation and manage the loan book to consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Loan Disbursement Process:

- Manage end-to-end loan processing, including documentation, legal checks, and compliance.

- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, risk, and operations) to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

- Develop in-depth knowledge of the real estate and construction sectors, including emerging trends and competitive insights.

- Provide regular performance updates and market feedback to senior management.

Customer Satisfaction:

- Deliver exceptional service with prompt responses and efficient handling of client requirements to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in retail construction finance or real estate finance, with a strong track record of originating and closing deals.

Skills:

- Strong sales and business development expertise.

- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Knowledge:

- Solid understanding of construction finance and real estate financial products.

- Familiarity with loan documentation and compliance requirements.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is mandatory.

- MBA or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
