Data Modeler - BFSI (8-14 yrs)

Job Title- Data Modeler

Location- Mumbai

Experience- 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with key business stakeholders to understand the business requirement, translate them into data requirements , design the data models accordingly for business consumption.

Work with the development team to implement the proposed data model into a physical data model, and build data flows.

- Expertise and experience in core skill of data modeling principles/methods including conceptual, logical & physical Data Models required in banking and financial services sector.

- Ability to utilize BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc to represent insights.

- Expert knowledge of metadata management, master data management , data modeling tools like ER Studio, Erwin or others.

- Strong hands-on experience in MDM, CDM, SQL to enable data profiling and data analysis.

- Work with the development team to optimize the database structure with best practices applying optimization methods.

- Analyze, document and implement a re-use of data model for new initiatives.

- Ability to build business glossaries and dictionaries for the data platform and Design comprehensive data glossaries and dictionaries, design source to target mappings.
