Strategy Manager - Micro Loan Against Property (5-10 yrs)

- Managing and achieving business targets for product sourcing and disbursements.

- Enhancing collection efficiency for ML products, achieving a significant increase in collection rate.

- Developing and implementing digital pathways for Micro Loans.

- Contributing to policy revisions and incentive framework enhancements to support business expansion.

- Identifying operational inefficiencies and translating findings into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for process improvement.

- Leading the introduction and management of M-LAP, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

- Expanding MLAP operations into new states, utilizing competitive analysis and geo-location data to shape strategic decisions.

- Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches and expansions.

- Maintaining high collection efficiency and monitoring key performance metrics.

- Implementing and testing new collection applications and providing regular performance reports to stakeholders.

- Candidate with minimum 5 Years of exp in Product Management or Strategy role for LAP / Loan against property / affordable Home loan
