Job Responsibilities -
- New TASC / GBG customer acquisition .
- Acquisition & servicing GB relationships.
- Deepening from existing mapped clients.
- TASC / GBG Reference generation from Branch Existing clients & Catchment.
- Identify the alliance opportunities in the local market.
- Nurture and manage the existing alliances and visit the companies for acquisition .
- Service the clients.
- Manage all existing clients' portfolios.
- Cross sell of Third Party products - Insurance and Investment.
- Cross sell of TransactionbBanking / Digital Channel / CMS products.
- Ensuring activation of mapped Branches on TASC / GBG Business.
- Meet the acquisition and value targets.
- Cross sell of Fixed Deposits.
- Training / Capability building of mapped Branches on TASC / GBG business.
- Actively participate and qualify in the TASC / GBG specific Contests and Campaigns.
- Liaising with CPC team for smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintaining confidentiality of information gathered from clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of company's information - not to be shared with anybody out of office in any form (Verbal , written , mail or any other form)
- Safeguard of company assets provided for serving job responsibilities , like Identity Card , SIM, Marketing material , Computer Systems, Company provided Mobile etc.
- Driving commercial savings on existing portfolios, ensuring compliance
- Adherence to Bank policies and guidelines and Liaison with Bank Financial Audit.
