- Identify and create new business opportunities.

- Recruit and on-board new agents.

- Provide training and continuous support to agents.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with agents.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Monitor agent performance and analyze market trends, providing regular reports.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree.

- 2 to 5 years of preferred sales experience.

- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills.

- Must be a local resident.
