Designation - Manager - Total Rewards

Function - HR

Reporting to - Lead Manager - Total Rewards

- The role holder will handle the CORE of Rewards and Employee Benefits.

Roles:

This role anchors the following critical areas:

- Rewards- Organization structure review, compensation & benefits, industry benchmarking, salary bands, incentives, and productivity analysis.

- Employee Benefits- periodically introduce/upgrade industry leading policies and benefits, process improvement/automation to ensure superlative employee experience.

Qualification & experience:

- Years of experience - 1 to 2 years' experience in Human Resources.

- Mandatory Qualification - Post Graduation in HR from a premier B.
