- Maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective screening criteria.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, understanding their talent needs and providing consultative support throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align hiring practices with organizational needs and workforce planning.
