Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager/Manager - HR to drive the recruitment process, manage HR operations, and lead new initiatives. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, while fostering a positive workplace culture and contributing to the growth of our innovative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering positions.
- HR Operations: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, payroll management, leave/attendance tracking, employee relations, and performance management.
- Policy & Process Improvement: Regularly review and update HR policies to align with legal requirements and company goals, and actively contribute to process improvements.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, ensure smooth communication across all levels, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management processes including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews.
- HR Technology & Reporting: Leverage HRIS for streamlined processes and accurate data, and generate reports for leadership to support data-driven decisions.
- Compensation & Benefits: Work with the finance team to manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
Team Management Skills:
- Employee Support: Act as the point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR matters.
- Workplace Culture Initiatives: Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee engagement surveys.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- 3-4 years of proven experience managing the employee life cycle.
- Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong communication, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
