Assistant Manager/Manager - Total Rewards & Analytics
Key Skills:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field / MBA in HR (Preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards/Compensation, with significant experience in the technology (IT) sector, in a multi-geography business.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing global compensation programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, processes & industry practices.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, execution excellence, influencing and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to objectively analyse current practices, identify improvement opportunities, create buy in and drive implementation.
- Knowledge of compensation frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Tools: MS Excel, Power BI, MS PowerPoint.
Role & Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits Processes:
- Execute key C&B processes like global annual compensation reviews, promotions, manpower and cost planning.
- Support in Development and Implementation of Long-term and Short-term incentive programs that drive performance, engagement and attract senior and niche talent.
- Oversee the development and execution of employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive offerings in line with market trends.
- Contribute to Retention Initiatives
- Ensure intra-team coordination with various stakeholders (majorly HR Business partners, Talent Acquisition partners, HR Ops Team) to effectively implement and manage HR Processes
- Educate employees on compensation policies and processes.
Market Analysis and Benchmarking:
- Conduct comprehensive market benchmarking and Job Evaluation to position
- Keep abreast of compensation trends within the technology sector to have informed decision-making and ensure internal and external equity across roles.
- Review, Develop and Maintain Domestic and International Salary Benchmarks in line with latest trends.
Data-Driven Insights (Analytics):
- Leverage Data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of Compensation Programs, Performance Development Processes, Hiring Processes and Growth Initiatives.
- Conduct periodic database audits, prepare reports and dashboards
- Provide findings and actionable insights to HR Team and Leadership (CXO's/CEO) in line with Company Vision and Strategy
Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory requirements and labour laws in all compensation practices.
- Maintain robust internal controls for audit readiness and accountability
