- Estimate quantities milestone wise for resource Planning-Material, Labor etc.
- Keeping Allocation/activity wise Daily record of Labor,
- Calculation for Allocation/activity wise cost of Labor
- Preparation of Subcontractors Bills in ERP
- Calculating Monthly Department Labor Bill amount Verification of Daily challans for its authentications.
- Reconciliation of Quantities paid to Contractors Vs Actual Work done quantities
- Keeping proper Documentation of ISO, Pour Cards, Check Lists, JMR, Drawing Register, sub-contractor s Work Order (with their acceptance) & other billing related records.
Qualifications:
Total Experience: 5 to 7+ years experience in the execution & Billing of building construction
projects from reputed firms, & Proficient in use of M.S. Office, AutoCAD.
Education: Diploma / BE Civil
