Key Responsibilities:

1-Call Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Listen to recorded or live sales calls to assess compliance with company policies, regulations, and sales techniques.
• Evaluate the quality of sales interactions based on predefined criteria, including communication skills, product knowledge, and adherence to scripts.
• Identify areas of strength and improvement for individual sales representatives.
• Better understanding of real time challenges and concerns and be updated about best practices
• Take planned live calls every week

2-Quality Assurance Processes:

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and guidelines for outbound phone room sales.
• Ensure that sales representatives follow standardized processes and best practices during sales calls.
• Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

3-Feedback and Coaching:

• Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives based on call evaluations, highlighting areas of improvement and offering recommendations for enhancement.

4-Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze performance metrics and trends related to sales quality, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on quality assurance findings, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.

5-Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies governing outbound sales practices.
• Monitor for any potential risks or violations during sales interactions and escalate issues as necessary.
