Job Description: We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as International Semi-Voice Customer Support Executives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher or any BPO-related experience. (10+2 undergraduates can apply)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints.
• Providing information about products and services.
• Troubleshooting and resolving concerns.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
