Job Description
Greetings from Foundever!,
We are currently seeking fresh and talented individuals like you to join our dynamic team at Foundever .
Position : India E-Commerce CUSTOMER SERVICE
Location : Andheri East, Chandivali
Process : Blended Process
Education : HSC/Any Graduate
Age limit: 20 to 39 year
Experience: minimumn 6 months (On paper)
Shift timing: From 8:00 am to 10:00 pm any 9 hours Rotational Shift,
6 Days Working and 1 Rotational week off.
Salary : Between 16k to 20k in hand + PacMan
Responsibilty:
- Answering queries and concerns about a companys products or services.
- Resolving issues and handling customer complaints.
- Tracking customer service metrics.
- Delivering information about a companys products and services.
Key Skills:
~ Good communication skill in English.
~ Good at computer skills
~Ready to work in blended process.
Benefits:
* Centralized pick-up and drop from Andheri and Ghatkopar Station during the day.
* One way home drop service after 9pm.
