Job Profile: Hiring for International Technical / Customer support

Exp - 1 yr & above only from tech support / customer support background in a bpo

Salary: 4.4 lpa- 6.25 lpa (Based on experience)

Location: Ramanujan IT city, Taramani ,Chennai.

Should be able to join immediately

Shifts - UK shifts

• 5 days working and 2 days (Fixed weekoff on saturday & sunday)
• Transport: *Free Door step pick up and drop Cab facility is provided within 25km radius

Note: Only technical / customer support experience background from bpo should apply.

Responsibilities.

• The Support Analyst is responsible for responding to and resolving customer requests for assistance with technical issues related to their solution.
• Responsible for reviewing associates quality of phone and/or non-voice interactions based on client established quality measures.
• Responsible for monitoring associates compliance to business rules and processes, and report any breaches identified.
• Responsible for completing monitoring forms, including comments detailing associate performance and saving all results in the database for review and reporting.

• Customer services skills

• Oral and written communication skills that demonstrates a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others both internally and externally

• Collaboration skills, applied successfully within a team as well as other areas

• Organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of software products, methodologies, and concepts; actively learning

• product lines, interactions, and verticals to gain better understanding for issue resolution.
