Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Mass Hiring Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment efforts, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet our growing demands. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a large pool of qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• High-Volume Screening: Efficiently screen and assess a large number of applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct high-volume interviews, both phone and in-person, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Candidate Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records..
• Offer Management: Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduation
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment or mass hiring is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques..
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
