Product Manager

Role Title: Product ManagerTeam: Product ManagementLocation: Gurgaon About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Management team

As a Senior Product Manager focused on Contract Lifecycle Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the evolution of our CLM product suite

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet our clients needs and contribute to the companys growth and success

What You ll do Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and guide product direction

Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize features, enhancements, and integrations that align with business goals and customer needs

Requirements Definition and Specification: Work closely with PMs, Designers and Customer Success teams to gather and understand client needs, pain points, and requirements related to contract management

Translate customer and market requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and use cases for the development team

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, User Research and QA teams to ensure successful execution of the product roadmap

Engage with Customer Success teams to gather user feedback, analyse data, and iterate on product features to improve user experience

Product Development and Release: Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality features and releases on time

Groom the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are aligned with business objectives and customer needs

User Experience and Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of the CLM product suite

Champion a customer-centric approach to product design and development, focusing on usability and accessibility

Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor key product metrics and conduct data-driven analysis to evaluate product performance, user adoption, and customer satisfaction

Identify areas for improvement and optimization, and proactively implement changes to enhance product value

What You ll Need: Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus

4-7 years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools

Exceptional communication (both written and oral) and collaboration skills

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
