Job Description
As a Product Manager at TESTRIQ QA LAB, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful development and launch of high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Product Strategy:

- Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product strategy aligned with company goals and market needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
Product Planning and Roadmap:
- Define and prioritize product features based on market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a unified and cohesive approach to product development.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
Product Development:
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Provide clear and detailed product requirements to development teams and oversee the development process.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry changes and emerging technologies.
Product Launch and Marketing:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging and positioning.
Performance Monitoring:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products.
- Analyze product performance data to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in bringing products to market.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
