Educational Qualification-Graduation and Post Graduation(MBA Marketing)

(With Specialization):Degree in business, computer science, design related field or equivalent experience in product management"

"Post Graduation(With Specialization):" Post Graduation in Marketing, Finance, International Business, Analytics IT preferred

"Any Other-(Certification / Diploma etc.):"Previous experience in product management, project management, digital marketing, operations management or other IT infrastructure type roles.

Work Experience (Years) : 5-10

Job Responsibilities

Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch

Drive Strategies and long term vision to build best in class digital products

Conduct User research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers and research teams thorugh the product lifecycle

Craft a product vision and convert it into concrete strategy and business case

participate in market research, validation and white space analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities

Partner with business owner and agile product teams to build roadmaps that will reflected in companyss broader portfolio

Market Orientation to achieve financial objectives, including revenue projections, pricing models etc

Demonstrate collaboration, leadership and champion product governance standards

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and client interviews to identify new product opportunities and inform product strategy

Working Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro and Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to business analytics products and technologies

Required Skillset

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives

Business Acumen and Problem Solving

Understanding of Marketing and IT domain
