Qualifications:

• Post graduate
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of basic training and product related knowledge 
• 5+ years of experience

1.  JOB PURPOSE:

Training & development of dealer/distributors sales manpower and implementation of uniform sales process across Africa and Middle East

1.  PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Identify the training needs.
• Development of training modules in association with the concerned agencies
• Delivery of the training and hosting of modules on E-LMS
• Training achievement of distributor Manpower
• Development of marketing collaterals / communication for distributors
