What is the Role?.
- The Program Manager will own the planning and execution of Learner Placements at Simplilearn.

Key Responsibilities:
Placement Leadership:
- Drive placement as the primary success metric, ensuring consistent target achievement.
- Optimize the placement funnel and resolve bottlenecks for improved outcomes.
- A proven leader with hands-on experience managing sales or recruitment teams in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Learner Engagement:
- Conduct high-touch engagement to enhance job-readiness through resume guidance, mock interviews, and coaching.
- Provide personalized support to improve learner shortlisting and selection rates.
Data-Driven Strategy:
- Leverage data insights to track, analyze, and improve placement performance.
- Present placement trends and strategies to leadership for informed decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with the Sourcing team to secure relevant placement opportunities.
- Serve as the voice of learners to internal teams, ensuring product alignment with market demands.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of coordinators and mentors to achieve placement goals.
- Foster accountability and high performance within the team.
Desired Profile:
- Experience: 5+ years in sales operations or recruitment, with a proven track record of meeting aggressive targets.
- At least 2-3 years of team management experience, preferably managing a team size of 7-10 employees for 2+ years.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Google Suite for creating dashboards, performance reports, and driving data-driven improvements.
- Strong data orientation, Team management & Performance, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Preferred Background: Technical Graduate/MBA with experience in B2C, EdTech or technical domains, managing number driven projects.
