Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the B2C sales function for our India/International Business Groups. This role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Convert leads from various marketing channels and develop short/long-term sales plans to meet targets.
• Revenue Growth: Achieve sales goals, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and generate referrals to expand the sales pipeline.
• Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer needs, gather feedback, and contribute to product portfolio improvement.
• Key Account Management & New Business Development: Develop new accounts and manage key client relationships.
• Operations & Reporting: Oversee pre-sales to post-sales support activities, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
