Manager - Learning Consultant/Learning Solutionist
Location Powai ,Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Responsibilities;
- Conduct feasibility and return on investment review to inform learning solution and intervention design.
- Conduct learner profile and learning needs analyses.
- Conduct learning solutions and intervention trials in accordance with the implementation plan.
- Conduct research to assess client's organization and industry context.
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
- Create workplace performance diagnosis reports to define performance and learning gaps.
- Define success metrics based on analysis of client's objectives and learning solutions.
- Determine appropriate learning delivery modes to support learning objectives.
- Develop implementation and communication plans for proposed learning solutions and interventions.
- Develop methods and materials to assess learner progress and competence.
- Engage key stakeholders to understand overall business and performance objectives.
- Engage stakeholders to gain buy-in ahead of learning solutions and interventions.
- Engage stakeholders to set overall learning and performance objectives.
- Identify potential learning technologies and systems to support the implementation of learning solutions and interventions.
- Implement strategies to manage learner development with learning solutions and interventions.
- Incorporate feedback and outcomes of learning solution and intervention trials.
- Propose learning solutions and interventions to drive performance improvement and behavior change.
- Review client's organizational policies and processes to assess the environment.
- Support performance improvement and behavior change through learning solutions and interventions.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Post Graduate degree from a recognized institute or university.
- Proven track record in consulting, learning and development, or instructional design within the corporate training or education sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with learning management systems.
- Strong understanding of corporate learning and development needs as well as trends in executive education.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with enterprise-level clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for building world-class institutions of higher education.
