Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation/ Coordination, Interaction & Following up with Colleagues & Customers with regards to Sales quotations, Checking Purchase orders, Dispatch details, updating customer data base, Replying to Emails etc.
• Preparation / Coordination/ Following up with Colleagues & Customers with regards to Service & Spare quotations, Purchase orders, Dispatch details etc.
• Maintain Record of Spare Inventory
• Making Travel arrangements, Courier Records, office Supplies, Pantry Supplies , Business Cards, Letterheads , dispatching Greeting Cards etc.
• Maintaining Leave record
• Preparing Invoices, Controlling Billing & Collection Report & Recording All Account receivable & Payables
• Preparation of Monthly Reports , Organizational Documents as required
• Maintaining regular two way communication between higher management & team.
• Any official task as assigned by the manager

Preferred candidate profile

any graduate with min 5yrs experience with sales co-ordination
