Role & responsibilities
Purpose: The role holder as BDM will be responsible for sales, order book, pre-sales and GTM strategies for Cloud and IT Services Portfolio for the region.
Main Priorities:
Key Outputs:
• Business Development, OB to Revenue Conversion, GTM
• To achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly order booking sales targets for the region for the BU.
• Defend the revenue with the existing accounts and ensure higher share of wallet and Business Development
• Collaborations with functional/ product teams and creating value proposition. Relationships: Internal
• Regional Sales, Functional Heads, LoB/Product Team, Delivery Team, and Marketing. External • Enterprise Accounts & OEM product partners. Reportees:
• No Key Performance Metrics: OB & Revenue Growth, expanding market share (GTM), Customer Acquisition
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications:
Engineering Graduate with MBA (Sales & Marketing) from reputed institute/ university preferably.
