Human Resources - TA + HRBP

As an HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and a key driver of talent acquisition efforts. Your role will focus on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, while ensuring the successful recruitment and integration of top talent for our data center operations. You will work closely with managers across departments to address workforce challenges, foster employee engagement, and drive the recruitment process from end-to-end.

Job Location : Navi Mumbai

• Prior experience in Datacenter Industry will be preferred.
• Familiarity with data center operations and the types of technical and operational roles within.
• Experience in workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and MS Office Suite.
