Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide HR support to business leaders, advising on HR-related matters, and drive strategic HR plans to drive business outcomes.
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the end to end recruitment process, and ensure that hiring managers are equipped to make informed hiring decisions.
3. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, conduct regular feedback sessions, and develop strategies to improve employee retention.
4. Implement performance management processes, provide guidance on goal-setting and performance evaluations, and ensure that performance management is fair, transparent, and aligned with business objectives.
5. Implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6. Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure that all employee-related matters are handled fairly and professionally.
7. Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports and provide insights to business leaders for informed decision making.
8. Participate in special HR projects, such as organizational design, change management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in HR/Management or related field
- 4-8 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
