Job Description
Work in SAP and 3rd party customer portals to process various steps of the order lifecycle
Upload invoices to customer portals
Review accuracy of entered orders
Assign orders to the order managers and project managers
Monitor and troubleshoot unsuccessful invoices
Check accuracy of sales reps commission calculation
Fill vendor forms, certificates of insurance and other documentation required by customers
Issue credit memos in SAP
Monitor and troubleshoot changes to sales orders in SAP and COMPAS tool
You ll win us over by:
High school diploma, state-recognized GED, or state recognized high school proficiency exam required
Competence with Microsoft Office Applications, with a strong proficiency in Excel
Good Communications Skills, both written and oral
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Experience with complex ERP systems desired, preferably SAP
Proactive, responsible, driven, team player
