They have okay management and work-life balance, Monday to Friday work timings, Over all Job security is there if you keep doing your job and do not ask for anything extra. Salary on time.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

They never give appraisal and when you resign they will deduct all your money and give you a defame relieving letter. They never give bonuses extra money as an incentive if you work extra miles. They will just give a certificate. They will never give you a Diwali gift and bonus they will say it's in process. The HR team is the most irritating people they never answer any email.
