Job Description
- Author of Test plan, test specifications & test reports
- experience in C++ with excellent understanding of OOPS concepts
- Planning, deploying, and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
- Formulate / review software testing strategies.
- Building up and leading the Software Integration testing team to the success of project
- Reviewer of requirement specifications, Architecture specifications etc
- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
- Deploying and managing resources for testing
- Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
- Coordinate with other managers (Project Manager, Architects, etc) to ensure the highest level of software quality.
- People management
- Strong Railway Domain Knowledge
- 9+ years of experience is required.
- Great Communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
