- Industry experience of Rail Automation/ Automotive/ Industrial Automation

- Excellent people skills
- Experience with C++ and C with cross platform development on Windows, Linux.
- Must have hands-on experience in leading design and implementation of scalable cloud solutions.
- Must have experience in Software development practices such as: Requirement Specification, System Interface design, System Description, System Component Integration and System safety design.
- Experience in Project Governance from both Delivery and Quality aspects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and decisions with the intuitive reporting.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. High level of integrity and accountability

- 10+ years of experience is required.
