We are looking for a Scrum Master

You ll make a difference by:

• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies:
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration during each meeting.
• Guide and Coach the Team:
• Educate the team on agile practices, Scrum framework, and adherence to agile principles.
• Support the team in self-organization and foster an environment of trust and psychological safety.
• Manage Impediments:
• Identify and remove obstacles that may prevent the team from achieving sprint goals.
• Proactively address conflicts, dependencies, and any external issues that impact team productivity.
• Promote Continuous Improvement:
• Encourage a culture of feedback and learning within the team.
• Track team performance and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and facilitating action items from
• Serve as a Liaison:
• Act as a bridge between the development team, Product Owner, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to relevant parties.
• Maintain Transparency:
• Ensure transparency in project progress and status through effective use of agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Keep sprint backlog, sprint burndown charts, and team performance metrics up to date and visible to all
• Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
• Experience:
• 2+ years as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role.
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional agile teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
