IT Infrastructure Support

We provide support in Project Services and Transformation, Digital Solutions and Delivery Management.
We offer joint operations and digitalization services for Global Business Services and work closely alongside the entire Shared Services organization. We make optimal use of the possibilities of new technologies such as Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotics as enablers for efficient and effective implementations.

We are looking for IT Infrastructure Support

Infrastructure Procurement Management:
o Manage the procurement process for hardware, software, and services related to infrastructure, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
o Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and negotiate contracts, ensuring the best value for the organization.
o Maintain an updated inventory of infrastructure assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
Project Delivery:
o Lead and manage infrastructure projects, from planning and design to implementation and support.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver infrastructure solutions within budget and on time.
o Develop project plans, timelines, and resources to support infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Infrastructure Operations Management:
o Oversee the daily operations of infrastructure support services, ensuring the continuous availability, reliability, and security of systems.
o Implement and manage monitoring and reporting systems to track infrastructure performance, uptime, and incidents.
o Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
o Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding infrastructure-related matters.
o Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, infrastructure performance, and any potential risks.
Compliance & Security:
o Ensure that infrastructure operations comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
o Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices and mitigate risks related to infrastructure.
