What You Bring
Strong experience in HR Services / Business Processes including shared services / HR BPO outsourcing operations, i.e. HR Administration, Payroll, HR query Management (Service Desk)
Experience of leading a team of experts focused on ensuring efficient and quality delivery
HR IT domain know-how - Workday HCM, ServiceNow desirable
Experience in managing / service managing an eco-system of partners / vendors in HR Services
Proven track record in delivering change / improvement projects, specifically in HR services
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement approach
Self-directed with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated to drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and through others
Ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required
Degree in Administration with HR or a combination of HR/IT, or Business Information Systems is desirable but not crucial
