IT WORKPLACE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

The WPOSs is also in charge to maintain the tools used for the patching processes on the end user side, as well is in charge of delivering End Users reports and documentation upon request.
The position will report to the IT END USER SERVICES MANAGER.

Bachelor Degree or equivalent + 10 years experience in IT Workplace Operations

English B2 or C1 mandatory
French and or Italian are a plus

Microsoft365 Suite (mandatory)

IT support and ITSM Tool Knowledge (ServiceNow)
IT provisionning tool (Ivanti EndPoint management, Intune etc )
End user computer technical management
ITIL
