Urgent opening For the position of Sales Officer- Cement Division

Job Role:

• Sales Officer- Channel/Retail Sales for Cement Category
• Reporting to Area Sales Manager
• Area/HQ: Kolkata- North & South 24 Pgns, Bankura, Alipurduar, Siliguri, Howrah, Murshidabad, Burdwan and Birbhum District.

Role & responsibilities:

• Promote and sales of various brands to the dealers/sub-dealers in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealer network.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Visit dealer counters daily according to the beat plan.
• Provide excellent service and address queries or concerns.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Appoint new dealers and contribute to network expansion.
• Do market analysis with competitors products, scheme and availability.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and result-driven approach • Familiarity with concern geographical region.
• Must possess a two wheeler and a valid two wheelers license.
